The 2016 PCLender User Conference is a unique opportunity for all PCLender Customers to improve and maximize their use of PCLender products and services. This year, the conference will feature an agenda with general sessions where Customers can learn about the 2017 PCLender Roadmap, LOS Best Practices & Table Management, Web Tools Best Practices, Regulatory Planning, and PCLender Vendor Integrations. Additionally, Customers will have the opportunity to participate in Breakout Sessions, which are focus groups designed for more granular discussions on specific PCLender related topics. These sessions enable Customers to share their insight and experiences with other PCLender Customers, discuss workflow solutions & identify enhancement recommendations. French Stewart

French Stewart is perhaps best known for portraying ‘Harry Solomon’ in the classic television series "3rd Rock From The Sun." Recently, he was on the hit TV show "Mom" as 'Chef Rudy'. Also, he has appeared in "Seinfeld," "The Larry Sanders Show," "Just Shoot Me," "The Drew Carey Show" and "NewsRadio."

For the past 25 years, Stewart has been a presence in Los Angeles theater as a member of the legendary Cast Theatre ("Zombie Attack," "Pot Mom"), as well a current member of The Sacred Fools. Recent stage credits include "Mathew Modine Saves The Alpaca's" at the Geffen, "Watson" at The Sacred Fools and "Voice Lessons" at off-Broadway’s Theatre Row and Steppenwolf in Chicago. Most recently, Stewart appeared as Buster Keaton in the critically acclaimed "Stoneface" at The Pasadena Playhouse.

Stewart’s recent television credits include "Secrets & Lies,""Community," "Psych," "Bones," "The Closer," "Castle," "Private Practice," and a recurring role on "The Middle." His film credits include "Stargate," "Leaving Las Vegas," "Surveillance," "The Flock," and cult favorite "Love Stinks."

Mr. Stewart resides in Hollywood with his wife, Vanessa Claire Stewart, and their three year old daughter, Helene.

Rob Chrisman

Rob Chrisman began his career in mortgage banking – primarily capital markets – 31 years ago in 1985 with First California Mortgage, assisting in Secondary Marketing until 1988, when he joined Tuttle & Co., a leading mortgage pipeline risk management firm. He was an account manager and partner at Tuttle & Co. until 1996, when he moved to Scotland with his family for 9 months.

He returned to the United States in mid-1997 and ran Secondary for Standard Financial, a sub-prime lender in northern California. In late 1997 Rob was hired by CrossLand Mortgage to start, and be the president of, a sub-prime company named OnCall Mortgage (a division of CrossLand). OnCall Mortgage was in existence until Wells Fargo purchased First Security Bank (the owner of CrossLand) at the end of 2000.

Rob then joined CMG Mortgage, a wholesale mortgage bank, as the Director of Secondary Marketing. In early 2003 and re-joined Tuttle Risk Management Services, Inc. TRMS (now Compass) provides mortgage pipeline risk management for mortgage companies and thrifts that seek to originate and sell loans into the secondary mortgage market. In November of 2006 Rob left TRMS to become the Director of Capital Markets for RPM Mortgage, a retail residential lender, leaving there in late 2008 to focus on not only publishing a widely read daily market commentary on current mortgage events but also on his family.

He is on the board of directors of Peoples Bank, a mid-sized depository in Kansas, of Inheritance Funding Corporation, a financial services company which advances capital to heirs, of International City Mortgage, of Axis AMC, and of the California MBA. He is also a senior associate of the STRATMOR Group, and of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas and its membership committee. Rob has provided expert witness services for mortgage and real estate-related cases, has lectured to groups around the country.

Rob holds a BS from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Brian Webster

SVP, Strategic Planning Manager

Brian joined Wells Fargo in September 2015 as the Strategic Planning Manager within the Strategy and Financial Reform team. As the Financial Reform Strategic Planning Manager, Brian is responsible for leading and influencing the development of initiatives based on policy and direction emanating from the regulatory agencies. In this role, Brian drives the execution of Home Lending’s strategic vision through interpretive research and planning in alignment with long term goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Brian served as the Mortgage Markets Originations Program Manager at the CFPB. During his tenure, he served as CFPB’s expert in residential mortgage originations and technology. He was responsible for overseeing policy and research initiatives designed to evaluate how housing finance mechanisms work. He developed strategies on how to improve primary market operations and originations for residential mortgages from the viewpoint of consumer protection. During his time at the CFPB, Brian played several critical roles across the CFPB - the Mortgage Regulatory Implementation initiative, major rulemakings such as Title XIV, TILA/RESPA and HMDA, data standardizations and the Know Before You Owe Closing Time initiative which focuses on improving the consumer’s experience during the mortgage closing process.

Prior to joining CFPB, Brian was the Vice President of the Mortgage division at Overture Financial Solutions, a software and professional services firm specializing in credit risk management and automated decision tools for lenders, investors and both federal and state financial agencies. Before joining Overture, he held positions at Freddie Mac, PC Lender and began his mortgage banking career at Colorado Federal Saving Bank as a mortgage consultant. He served 10 years in the United States Navy and holds a B.S. in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University and a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Thomas Edison College.
