Service Offerings Description
Training Customized training to meet customer’s current business practices. Training sessions offered can be conducted via webinar, videos or onsite.
 User – Online System best practices training developed for end users to be delivered via online webinars. Training can be customized based on user role and business practice of the customer.
 User – Onsite System best practices training developed for end users. The training to be delivered at an onsite location chosen by the customer. Training can be customized based on user role and business practice of the customer.
 User – Collateral Customized user guides and procedures for end users created to align with customer’s current business model and workflow.
Admin Configuration Training Training for System Administrators on specific background table configurations such as Security Rights, System Logic and Workflow with recommendations of PCL’s identified best practices.
 Admin Maintenance Training Training for System Administrators on continuous background table management and identify configuration enhancements and/or modifications needed to best support the Customer’s current business practice and workflow.
Technical Consulting Technical Business Consultant services including, but not limited to, technical consulting, requirements and problem analysis, configuration support, data language, report/extract analysis and development, and custom data checks.
System Configuration On demand system configuration support and analysis.
Table logic (Status Items, Fees, Forms) Background table configuration to leverage system functionalities.
Security Rights (User roles, Groups) Configure end user Security Rights with Loan and System privileges that align with customers workflow and business practice.
Workflow (Dates, Status, Work Queues) Background table configuration enhancements made to better serve the customers workflow and business practices.
Data Language Custom Data Language requests.
System configuration – Health Check Audit of customers current background table configurations and provide recommendations on best practices.
Systems Administration Complete management of customers LOS background tables and/or Web Administration functionalities.
System Modifications and Development System modification and customization needs.
Interfaces Development of custom interfaces not currently supported by PCLender.
LOS features Custom functionality within the LOS not currently supported.
Web Products features Custom functionality within the Web application not currently supported.
IP Address restrictions Enables customer to implement additional security controls through the use of IP address restrictions so that users cannot access the LOS from non-authorized computers.
Testing environments and support Provide customers with LOS and/or web application environments for testing purposes and provide support such as refreshing LOS background tables as needed.
Print Forms Custom Print forms and/or enhancements.
Modifications Change requests to an existing Print Form.
Custom Creation of  a new print form currently not in our library.
