Business Analysts and Project Managers

The Business Analyst (BA)and Project Manager (PM) positions supervise the implementation, maintenance and development objectives of PCLender’s technology solutions.  PCLender has roles available for supporting the implementation and configuration that require mortgage banking and project management skills will create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to validate user/customer needs and Product Requirements Documents (PRD) to clearly communicate software design and functionality to customers, software developers, and others. Envisioning new software features and functions to deliver more value to our customers, along with the ability to define the most efficient and valuable design for new or revised functionality are key as is testing software to ensure it meets the specifications set forth in the PRD. Quality Assurance

PCLender is looking for experience software testers and testing managers.  As an industry leader in mortgage technology, the PCLender LOS and Web Products QA team members work in an environment full of high achieving individuals. LOS and Web Developers

The position is responsible for developing and extending the company’s proprietary mortgage origination system code base. The ideal candidate will have experience developing financial software in a heavily regulated environment. Strong Delphi and MS SQL experience are required. Additional experience in T-SQL, C#, C++, will also be considered. This role will support day-to-day development projects, troubleshooting customer issues and supporting development initiatives. Mortgage Product Support Specialist

PCLender,LLC is passionate about great customer service and support. Mortgage Product Support Specialists provide support to 10 – 20 customers through the entire lifecycle of the contract. This position is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, resolving issues in a timely manner and maximizing customer utilization/benefit of services from each assigned account. Serving as our customers’ internal advocate, this role ensures internal PCLender resources are used to provide effective and professional support. Must have mortgage banking knowledge and general IT/table relationship understanding; ideal candidates will have experience with the PCLender Loan Origination system. Sales and Sales Support
